Do you offer business merchandising and custom workwear branding services?

Yes, we offer your business a dedicated webpage so you and your staff can order as often as you need with no minimum order quantity. Once your page is setup you can visit and order whenever you need.

Do you offer a sublimation printing service?

Yes, we print, you press! Browse from hundreds of designs that can be customised. We then print, using top quality inks and post the prints direct to you. All you need is a heat press.

Can I add to my order once it has been placed?

Yes - there is a small window after your order has been placed where we can make order edits. This includes adding to your order. Please contact us.

Can you combine all of the orders I place?

Unfortunately not as all orders are treated sequentially.

Can we use your images to gauge interest?

Yes, check out our digital images for you to download and use to gauge interest for free.

How often do you restock?

We have deliveries multiple times a week. We always post on the Facebook page when we have updated stock quantities.

Does your clothing meet the fire safety label requirements?

Yes, all of our clothing has labelling that meets this standard.

Is Crafty Wholesale insured and registered?

Yes, we are a fully insured and registered UK company.

How will I know if a product is end of line and not being restocked?

When an item is seasonal or end of line, we always add this to the product description and phase it out as slowly as we can.

How long does it take Crafty Wholesale to dispatch an order?

We aim to dispatch within 3-4 business days (Mon-Fri) from your order, however, we are currently dispatching most orders within 48 hours from placing your order (Mon-Fri). Please note, as our courier companies do not operate over the weekend, then we are unable to dispatch orders over the weekend.

If your order contains an item that is on back order then your whole order will ship when all items have been received. This is approximately 1-3 weeks after dispatch.
